Port Augusta Heritage Walk

The Port Augusta Heritage Walk map will guide you to some of the iconic historical buildings around the City Centre and foreshore.

On the walk you will learn about the importance of Port Augusta's geographical location and cultural background. You will also be able to photographically see how we evolved into the bustling tourism and business city of today. 

Don’t forget to use the QR codes on each heritage sign.

Note*  some of the buidings may across the Road or further along the Street from the information signs.

The walk takes approximately two hours to complete, and is FREE.

Don't forget a hat and sunscreen.
