23km's down the Shack Road this lovely picnic area complete with a table, chairs and interpretive signage is a lovely place to simply relax and watch the water.
The picturesque area is very special as it is one of the few places on earth where the desert literally meets the sea. Many of the plants and animals found here characterise the Australian Outback and yet they are living within meters of true marine species.
